Alarm Care Package and Product Warranty Information
We stand by the quality of our installations and only work with trusted brands. Our warranties are designed to give you peace of mind—but like all technology, there are some limits to what’s covered.
Environmental Triggers and False Alarms: Photoelectric alarms are highly sensitive to smoke—but that means they can also be triggered by:
Steam or humidity, Cooking smoke, Dust or insects, Aerosols or fragrances
These are environmental triggers, not faults, and are not covered by warranty.
Check our Troubleshooting Guide before requesting a technician.
