Saving lives, one beep at a time
Stay cool, I’m on fire watch.
Test me monthly – it’s a sound idea!
I beep to protect, not to annoy!
Your first line of defense—loud and clear!
Don’t disable me – I’m your lifeline.
A beeping battery? Time to swap it!
Silence doesn’t mean I’m off duty!
Install me on every level for full coverage.
I sound off to give you time – use it wisely!
A little maintenance now can save you later.
Don’t wait for smoke to check if I work.
Your first line of defense—loud and clear!
Alarmingly good at my job.
Fighting fires with beeps.
Your loudest protector!

Interconnected alarms and alarms in bedrooms ensure everyone is alerted to a fire, even if they are asleep in bedrooms with doors closed, giving you and your family more time to escape safely.
According to the new law, by 2027 smoke alarms in all dwellings must:

And
- Be installed on each storey.

And
- In hallways which connect bedrooms and the rest of the property
OR
- If there is no hallways, alarms must be between the bedrooms and other parts of the storey.
