The whole experience was amazing, from the girls in the office and Mitch was on time and explained everything perfectly.

Very disrespectful experience as came into our house to check alarms without us at home and didnt bother to arrange a convenient time to check our smoke alarms. We only received 1 SMS text the day beforehand and we couldn’t respond to it (no option to reply or confirm) so we emailed the real estate agent saying the day was not convenient and we requested an alternative date which was ignored. We are have the right to have reasonable entry notice, to confirm this is convenient as tenant and to be home during service and ignoring this is disrespectful and not good practice.

Alarm goes off for no reason, technician came over 3 times and one of them said they are just temperamental. Woke my family up 4am on a Saturday morning. You guys are a joke

Anne was excellent. They came in 2 days, made sure I was compliant with new legislation for rental properties and the new alarms are unobtrusive. They left no mess behind either. The best part is they will service the alarm system and deal with any false alarms for a reasonable annual fee. I’m very happy
