From the time that we first called Anne at Coast Smoke Alarms until Chad the technician, we experienced exceptional and expedient support from the team.
Anne was able to share her knowledge of processes that needed to be undertaken, and Chad was quickly on-site to address our needs. Chad was personable and professional in explaining what we needed to do in isolating the problem alarm, and after only a couple of days Chad was back and able to address our identified faulty alarm.
